When are practices? Practices are one day a week for around an hour, practice days and times are set by coach and will be consistent throughout season, practice days are Monday- Friday, most teams will also come early on game day to warm up.

When are games? Games are on Saturdays, game start at 9am and are scheduled on the hour for each day throughout the season. All players and families will receive a gametime reminder email with day and time 2 days prior to gameday. 

How many games do we play in a single season? ( 10 games) 9 regular season games and single elimination playoffs which could be 1 -3 more games depending on if your team advances to next round and or superbowl championship

What is included with registration costs? Registration cost includes all practices and 10 games, a full uniform which includes reversible NFL Flag jersey, NFL Flag shorts and NFL Flag belt/flags.
We do offer upgraded performance NFL Flag shorts, socks, arm sleeves, mouthguard, NFL Flag footballs options at registration checkout for an additional cost.
We also have a team store setup every game day which has extra inventory of all items for purchase. (All forms of payment are accepted.)

Can my player play 2 age divisions? Yes, they can register for their age division and also another age division up (never down) or all girls only, the cost for second team will be $100 if they already have uniform or $140 if they need a uniform for the additional team. (we ask that players only play on a single team in their own age division as this can become complicated during the season schedule and playoffs)

Can game times or game dates change? Yes, We ask that coaches give the league as much notice as possible for game schedule change requests, the latest notice must be given is the Tuesday prior to the Saturday game for a game time change, for a date change we must know in advance when the schedule releases. ( We do our best to accomodate our coaches as many coach multiple teams and also are volunteering thier time, we cannot move games for single players)

What happens if games are cancelled for weather? All the games that are cancelled due to weather will be moved to end of season to be played prior to playoffs.

Can you request a coach? Yes, during registration please make sure to put coach name under coach request, as long as coach is in same age division we will do our best to honor request. (Coach Request is done on a first come basis once a team reaches max players we may not be able to accomodate with our coach approval)

Can you request to play with friends and family? Yes, during registration please make sure to put name under player/teammate request, as long as players are in same age division we will try to honor request.  (Player request is done on a first come basis once a team reaches max players we may not be able to accomodate)

When will we find out what team we are rostered too? Once we complete coach meeting we will release rosters and you will receive an email, if something is not right in regards to rostered team please reach out via email: [email protected]

How does my player become apart of an Spring Hill Elite travel team? We will put out notice on our facebook page and also email upcoming tryouts. We also will advertise other travel teams that may not be Elite but represent our league for NFL Flag Regional tournaments. All players they play Elite must play in our league to participate.

Can I be refunded once season begins? Once the season begins and your player receives thier uniform we are no longer able to refund registration as a majority of costs for the league have been accrude. We also do not refund if your player or family is removed for violation of player/ parent or coach conduct policy. If a player is injured and cannot finish the season we will give a prorated registration towards a future season.
